The study has revealed cortical irregularity of the medial and lateral aspects of the distal femoral epiphysis bilaterally. This is a normal finding of ossificaiton.
Case Discussion
This case represents a normal epiphyseal cortical irregularity and should not be mistaken for fragmentation or other causes of bone destruction as osteomyelitis or neoplastic lesions.
