In the region of pain pointed by the patient (left lumbar region), there is an ovoid, non-compressible, hyperechoic mass, abutting colon. There is no calcification/ cystic change/ vascularity. It measures about 55 x 35 x 30 mm. There is a local mass effect on the colonic wall without bowel wall thickening/ ascites. There are no signs of diverticulum/ diverticulitis.
The rest of the abdominal ultrasound was normal.
