Equinus foot deformity

Apparent deformity of the feet and lameness.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female

Loss of normal tibiocalcaneal alignment bilaterally, with anterior angle (about 180°) and posterior angle (<90°).

Case Discussion

Findings compatible with equine foot deformity. Differential diagnosis with congenital clubfoot (calcaneus equinism).
