Several bilateral osteochondromas the femora and fibula.
The tibial and femoral meta-diaphyseal regions are flared with widening distally.

Prior imaging of the pelvis, femur, tibia and fibula and both shoulders.
All show osteochondromas at these various sites.
Case Discussion
The appearances are those of hereditary multiple exostoses.
Perhaps more interesting are the appearances of the femora and tibia, in particular the former, demonstrating a very nice example of Erlenmeyer flask deformity.
This is one of several potential causes for this meta-diaphyseal deformity.
