Irregularity and stenosis are seen at upper third of thoracic esophagus measuring about 6 cm in length.

Increased wall thickness is noted of the upper third of the thoracic esophagus. The mass causes indentation of posterior tracheal wall but there is no sign of tracheal wall infiltration.
11 mm node at the left side of thoracic inlet.
Focal fibrotic changes are noted at left lung apex and apical segment of the right lower lobe.
A 30 mm parapelvic cyst is noted in the left kidney.
