Presentation

Severe dysphagia.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Severe stenosis is present at mid esophagus accompanied by proximal dilatation and contrast media stasis. There is also contrast media aspiration involving the right lower lobe air ways. 

Case Discussion

Endoscopic evaluation is performed for the patient and esophageal adenocarcinoma confirmed on tissue examination.
