Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at mid and lower third esophagus measuring about 7cm in length. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures.
A few subpleural nodules are present at both lungs less than 11 mm.
A few sub centimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys.
Case Discussion
Esophageal mass; pathology proven squamous cell carcinoma with pulmonary metastasis.
