Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at esophagogastric junction, gastric cardia and subcardia.
In addition, a few lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 14 mm are present at perigastric regions.
Case Discussion
Esophagogastric cancer; pathology proven adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathies.
No local invasion; No detectable metastasis.
