Frontal headache and nausea.

A well-defined thin-walled expansile cystic lesion is seen involving the right anterior ethmoidal air cells. It is associated with thinning of the right lamina papyracea and intraorbital extra conal extension to the right orbit. No proptosis. Mild right maxillary sinusitis.
