Expansion of the right anterior ethmoid air cells by high density contents with thinned bony boundaries and eroded lamina papyrcea, associated soft part are seen occupying the right nasal cavity and right orbit compressing the right medial rectus and right globe laterally.
Right maxillary, sphenoid and left ethmoid sinusitis.
