Right knee swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Lytic destruction of the distal femur and patella with gross soft tissue swelling.

On MRI images, there is a right knee heterogenous soft tissue mass associated with femoral bony infiltration. Multiple characteristic abscesses show the dot in circle sign. Enhancement of the microabscess wall is seen with the administration of contrast.
