Ewing sarcoma

Lucency in the medial femoral condyle. No periosteal reaction noted.


Medial femoral condyle lesion demonstrated with extra-osseous periosteal involvement. The cortex appears to be involved.

Nuclear medicine

Bone scan demonstrates increased uptake in the area of interest.

Case Discussion

Findings are in keeping with an aggressive osseous lesion in the medial femoral condyle. Differential includes Ewing sarcoma and osteosarcoma.
