Lower back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Female

Abnormal superior endplate of L5 which is sclerotic and collapsed.


L5 is partially replaced by a low-T1, intermediate-T2, contrast-enhancing tumor that extends anteriorly.

Case Discussion

Biopsy of the mass confirmed Ewing sarcoma.
