Ewing sarcoma - posterior chest wall

Large lobulated, solid mass lesion with heterogeneous enhancement arising from the right posterior chest wall extending to the right hemithorax and almost replacing the right lower lobe with erosion and destruction of the posterior arch of the right 10th rib.
Case Discussion
Chest wall Ewing sarcoma affects children and young adults arising from the osseous or soft tissue components of the chest wall.
This is a pathologically proven case of Ewing sarcoma.
