Chest wall mass.

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Male
ct

CT shows a large heterogeneous posterior chest wall soft tissue mass associated with destruction of ribs and vertebral bodies. Extension to spinal canal, posterior mediastinum and hila is also visible. There is also compression of right lung due to mass effect and scattered area of calcification within the mass as well.

Histopathology revealed Ewing sarcoma of the chest wall.
