Gender: Male

Excessive ligamentum flavum hypertrophy causing lumbar spinal canal stenosis, and encroaching upon both lateral recesses bilaterally more on the right side. Its effect is accentuated by apophyseal arthropathy and diffuse posterior disc bulge.
