Incidental finding in a 70 Y/O patient with gastric antral tumor (adenocarcinoma)

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Male

An exophytic, round and well-defined mass with fat density is seen at the hepatic flexure of the colon. There is also several small calcific foci at the peripheral of lesion. You can also see gastric antral tumoral involvement in this patient.
