Case Discussion

The main radiological differential diagnosis is made with osteoma. Osteomas and exostoses have distinct clinical and histopathologic features, being distinguished by its radiological features:

  • Exostoses: usually multiple, bilaterally and broad based.
  • Osteomas: usually solitary and pedunculated.
