Heterogeneous partly calcified irregular lesion is seen arising from the medial border of the left scapula measuring about four by two centimeters suggesting mostly osteochondroma.
Otherwise, no other obvious focal bone lesion could be seen.
Normal glenohumeral joint space and articular surfaces.
