Exostosis: multiple

Presentation

Complaining of swelling at knee and arm. No local pain. Knee swelling has gradually increased during last 2 years.

Patient Data

Age: 19 years
Gender: Female
X-ray

Fractured exostosis of humerus. Femoral and fibular lesions present. Tibial lesion - 6 x 5 cm size.

Ultrasound

Thin cartilage cap in femoral lesion. Most of tibial lesion shows thin cap. Posterior-medial-cranial part of tibial lesion shows cartilage cap thickness up to 18 mm.

Case Discussion

Excisional biopsy of tibial lesion was performed. This was benign on histopathology.
