Exostosis of the talus

Presentation

Left leg trauma to rule out a fracture.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Exostosis is seen at the anterosuperior aspect of the talus bone.

No definitive evidence of bony injury.

Normal ankle joint space and articular surfaces.

Case Discussion

Following left leg trauma, an x-ray was requested and an incidental finding of exostosis arising from the talus was seen.
