Body was changed:

A female presented with left ankle injury followed by local pain. Radiograph and ultrasound show avulsion of extensor digitorum brevis from the calcaneum. Ultrasound reveals an additional finding - an avulsion fracture from the cuboid. Lateral ankle ligaments are normal.
