Case Discussion
Orbital dermoid cyst is the most common type of orbital mass in children. The differential diagnosis includes an epidermoid cyst. Although no fat density is observed, orbital dermoids typically present with a heterogeneous composition of soft tissue, fluid, and fat density, with occasional calcifications.
