A well defined cystic lesion (2.3 x 1.6 x 2.3 cm) in subcutaneous plane of lateral margins of right orbit with homogeneous hypodense content and uniform wall with no appreciable enhancement. No intra-orbital extension. Underlying bone and adjacent lacrimal gland are unremarkable.
Note is made for opacification of bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses.
Case Discussion
The external angle is the most common site for these benign orbital lesions.
