Fullness in the left ear

Gender: Male

A soft tissue mass is seen in the medial aspect of the external acoustic meatus, having eroded the long process of the malleus and the adjacent bone. 

Case Discussion

The findings of CT are consistent of external auditory canal cholesteatoma.
