Fullness in the left ear

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

A soft tissue mass is seen in the medial aspect of the external acoustic meatus, having eroded the long process of the malleus and the adjacent bone. 

Case Discussion

The findings of CT are consistent with external auditory canal cholesteatoma.
