A small well-defined lesion of bone density is seen at the junction between the cartilaginous and bony parts of the left external auditory canal, obliterating the canal with proximal soft tissue filling the canal.
Case Discussion
Uniliteral solitary pedunculated bony overgrowth of the external auditory canal usually at the bony cartilaginous junction, is highly suggestive of EAC osteoma.
