There is a defect in the left dome of the urinary bladder with resultant localized extravasation of contrast in retroperitoneal area, the left side of the scrotum and a minimal amount of contrast adjacent to the sigmoid colon and cecum.
Features are those of extraperitoneal urinary bladder rupture. CT cystography is the best modality to assess urinary bladder extravasation.
