Multiplanar CT images, showing a hypodense lesion in the right ethmoid sinus with internal calcification and with remodeling of the adjacent bone structures.
Heterogeneous enhancement after contrast injection also is seen.
The mass is causing a pressure effect on the right frontal recess and retention of secretions.
