Presentation

Right hip joint pain for 6 months progressed to pelvic swelling and limp.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Male

CT abdomen and pelvis

ct

Sizable soft tissue mass lesion measuring about 10x7x5.5cm.

The mass shows matrix calcifications as well as areas of breaking down.

The mass extends caudally until the pelvic floor.

Osseous involvement of bone surface with cortical erosion.

With heterogeneous enhancement at the post contrast study.
