The irregular and ulcerative outer margin thickening of the right side lower eyelid extended within the nasal side of the inferior margin of the upper lid, medial canthus, adjacent orbital septum, and skip lesion within the subdermal frontal calvarium are seen. Cerebral ventricles are dilated.
