2cm T1 isointense nodule in the left posterior neck at the level of C2.
Extensive amorphous, near symmetrical T2 signal in the subcutaneous tissues of the cheeks.
Case Discussion
An incidental finding of dermal fillers in the cheeks, used for cosmetic purposes. Be aware of these increasingly observed incidental finding in all patient demographics.
The lesion in the nape of the neck proceeded to biopsy.
