Well-circumscribed lobulated facial soft tissue mass centered on the right cheek, anterior to the buccal fat pad and masseter muscle and adjacent to the lateral aspect of the mandible, measuring 34 x 27 x 22 mm. It elicits an isosignal to muscle on T1, high signal on T2 containing signal void vascular structures with dilated facial and retromandibular veins and vivid enhancement on post-contrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with facial hemangioma.
