15x10cm fecaloma from sigmoid colon to anal cavity can be seen on the abdominal X-ray with dilated bowels due to underlying Hirschsprung's disease.
Case Discussion
The 6 year old girl was diagnosed with a fecaloma in the anal cavity due to underlying Hirschsprung's disease. The fecaloma will be manually removed under anesthesia and laxatives will be given to prevent future complications.
