Fecolith causing large bowel obstruction

Abdominal pain, vomiting. Empty colostomy. History of total abdominal hysterectomy and Hartmann's. ?Large bowel obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Female

Distension of large with transition at descending colon. 4cm fecolith left mid abdomen.

Large bowel obstruction due to impacted fecolith in descending colon. Incidental hiatus hernia.

Impacted fecolith causing large bowel obstruction.
