34 years old male patient presented with a history of movement disorders & recurrent attacks of convulsions.

Bilateral fairly symmetrical calcifications are seen involving both basal ganglia namely caudate, lentiform nuclei and subcortical white matter of both frontal lobes as well as both dentate nuclei of both cerebellar hemispheres.
Falcine and cerebellar tentorium coarse calcifications are seen as well.
Case Discussion
Bilateral fairly symmetrical basal ganglia, frontal lobes and dentate cerebellar nuclei calcifications diagnostic of Fahr disease.
