Extensive symmetric calcification witnessed in bilateral basal ganglia, thalami, cerebellar dentate nuclei and periventricular (subcortical) white matter, which is typical of Fahr disease.

Case Discussion

Extensive calcification in the brain of this patient was incidentally detected, who was asymptomatic and underwent computed tomography following fall.
