Bilateral nearly symmetrical amorphous calcification involving both supra and infratentorial compartments with preferable seating in deep grey matter structures of basal ganglia and dentate nucleus.

In this case, Fahr disease was diagnosed after full review of patient's history and laboratory investigation which was normal.
