40 years-old woman presented with neurological symptoms. (Femme de 40 ans presente des troubles neurologiques)

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

This case shows extensive  coarse calcifications involving the infra- & supratentorial white matter and the basal ganglia. This is characteristic of Fahr's disease (familial cerebral ferrocalcinosis).
