Bilateral and symmetric calcifications of left subcortical frontal white matter, basal ganglia, thalami, and cerebellum.
Case Discussion
Incidental finding of multiple, symmetric, bilateral, intraparenchymal calcifications localized to the subcortical white matter, basal ganglia, thalami and cerebellum suggest a diagnosis of Fahr syndrome.
