A sausage-shaped tubular cystic lesion is seen in right adnexa. It is hyperintense on T2 and hypointense on T1, suggesting of right hydrosalpinx. There is a solid intraluminal mass within the proximal dilated right fallopian tube, measuring upto 35 x 20 mm, which shows mild contrast enhancement on the post contrast images.

Pathology result: Fallopian tube papillary serous adenocarcinoma, high grade.
