Tiny diverticula involving the proximal parts of both fallopian tubes. Multiple constrictions along the course of bilateral fallopian tubes giving ‘‘beaded’’ appearance to the tubes. No free peritoneal spillage of contrast after 20 minutes.
Nodular diverticular spaces involving the fallopian tubes; usually the proximal two-thirds of the fallopian tubes is a characteristic feature of salpingitis isthmica nodosa, however in this patient with clinical history of pulmonary tuberculosis and beaded appearing strictures of the both fallopian tubes, Fallopian tube tuberculosis should be considered.
