Falx meningioma

Age: 45 years

A forty five years old female was referred for evaluation of chronic headache.Plain and contrast C.T. showed a well defined spherical mass in the right posterior falx cerebri.There was mild edema,mass effect on the right lateral ventricle: the mass was stradlling the inferior surface of the falx.There was no calcification,bone lesion.There was homogenous contrast enhancement..
