Normal small fat deposition in bilateral cavernous sinuses.
Case Discussion
Most cavernous sinuses contain fatty components. Anterolateral and posterior aspects of sinuses are common sites where the fat is visible. Fatty deposits are more prominent in obesity, Cushing syndrome and patients receiving exogenous steroid therapy. They have no significance in absence of these conditions.
