Large lobulated fat-containing mass like lesions with coarse calcifications are seen at central portions of both breasts. A few small similar lesions are also scattered bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Regarding the history of reduction mammoplasty, fat containing partially calcified mass like lesions are typical for fat necrosis (BI-RADS 2)
