ct

Single axial non-contrast CT imaged demonstrates a small amount of fat within the falx without surrounding calcification, typical of incidental fatty falx. 

mri

Selected images from an MRI demonstrate the falx to contain fat signal. This is a common incidental finding. 

Case Discussion

Fatty falx cerebri is relatively common and is of no clinical significance.
