Massive amount of fecal impaction in the rectum and redundant sigmoid colon causing massive distention of the rectum and sigmoid colon. It is causing compression and superolateral displacement of the urinary bladder. No mass is seen. There is no fat stranding or pneumoperitoneum.

A fecaloma is a fecal mass, most frequently seen in the rectum and sigmoid colon.
A fecaloma can cause stercoral colitis via pressure on the colonic/rectal wall. This can ultimately lead to rupture due to ischemia, necrosis and ulceration.
