Femoral and inguinal herniae

Presentation

Lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

Large fatty mass in the right lacuna vasorum, that can be followed into the abdominal cavity (femoral hernia with omentum). Bilateral indirect inguinal herniae, also containing fat tissue.

Unfortunately, we did not cover the distal end of the femoral hernia on CT.
