Short right leg.

Patient Data

Age: 18 months

18 months of age

x-ray

Frontal standing full leg x-ray demonstrates a shortened femur consistent with proximal focal femoral deficiency (PFFD). Presence of the femoral head suggests class A malformation according to the Aitken classification of PFFD.

24 months of age

x-ray

Frontal standing full leg x-ray demonstrates a shortened femur consistent with proximal focal femoral deficiency (PFFD). Presence of the femoral head suggests class A malformation according to the Aitken classification of PFFD.

36 months of age
