Femoral-femoral cross over graft

Admitted with sepsis. Prior history of aortic dissection and vascular surgery.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Corrugated graft from a femoral-femoral crossover graft in the lower anterior pelvis.

Chronic dissection flap in the abdominal aorta.    

Small perisplenic collection. Small intramuscular collection in the left groin.

Fatty liver. 

IUCD in situ.

Case Discussion

This case is to illustrate an example of a femoral-femoral crossover graft. This is a surgical revascularization procedure typically, but not always. undertaken in the context of unilateral iliac artery disease.
